Refund and Returns Policy
For hygiene reasons, exchange is only offered within 48hrs of recieveing a defected bottle or a wrong scent other than the one you ordererd, provided it’s in it’s original condition.
Please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Don’t use the product or remove it’s tags.
If upon inspection, item is found to be defected, EMMA will replace your order with a product of same perfume. If product is out of stock then you will receive store credit.
MARAYA will not be able to replace your order if:
You don’t notify us within 48 hours of receipt of order,
Product has been broken or without the packaging

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
due to the nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects in the product or damage during shipping.and what may not suit one person’s taste may be perfect for another.You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
